CD: $12,000 CD renewal in February—It is currently at 2.7% interest and was for 23 months—approved 1/30/10 to keep it in the CD.

Per meeting this morning the following have expressed interest in running for office: Mary Victory, Aurora; Terry Gion, UW; Meghan Smith, Aurora. Lisa is busy with chapter liaison role and Amy is unable to fulfill her role as president. Joyce has volunteered to fill out Amy’s year if need be.
All Day Conference Updates
*Voted to send out hardcopies of the conference flyer—need to include on the flyer that although we can not advertise the number of CEU’s until approved—there will be CEU’s given.
*Approved the time frame sent by Marty. Approved that we keep the registration cost the same as last year.
*Anne will follow up with Chula Vista food, meals etc.
*Marty to add a note on the list serve about the conference.
*Approved that we post the conference on the social workers Web site for a fee of $20. Amy to send in and then send a bill to Joyce for reimbursement.
Lisa to contact Meghan to see how silent auction donations are coming in.
One vendor so far—Allergan. We are to contact Amy with ideas for potential vendors and contacts.
Amy reports that the cost of the meals will be 430/person (continental bkfst $9, lunch $14 and afternoon break $7).
Legislative report
Judy is the liaison for 2 more years. She has been appointed to the Wisconsin Center for Nursing Board via the coalition. Congrats Judy!
