Attendance: Present were Terry, Marty, Judy. Excused were Anne LeClaire, Joyce Ennis, Lisa Salamon, Mary Victory
Approved minutes of Aug. 9 meeting minutes.
President's report: Terry and Anne will wor with Joyce to go over revisions of the bylaws.
Treasurer's report:

Savings: $ 3,254.23
Total assets: $18,258.46
CD: $12,000
Nomination report: Open board positions for 2012 include President elect, Secretary/Treasuser and program co-chair. As the board currently has no historian, Joyce volunteered to update the books.
2012 All-day Conference planning: Went over speakers and topics to be discussed at the conference in Chula Vista April 16, 2012. Themes for the confernece and silent auction basket coordination.
Awards: Anne LeClaire will receive the 2011 ARN CNM award at the conference. Terry Gion will receive the 2011 ARN APN award at the conference.
